Tariff and Bookings
To Make a Booking:
Please see the tables below to find out the Tariff to October 2012. To make a booking, please contact us to check availability for the dates of interest to you. If you decide to go ahead and make a booking, we will e-mail a booking form confirming the price including any relevant discounts, indicating the amount that is due immediately to secure the booking (30% of the total). We will also provide you with details of how to make your payment. The outstanding balance on your booking will be due ten weeks prior to your visit.
Discounts:
20% Winter Couples Discount (November- March excluding Christmas/New Year)) for 1-2 people booking Tan Y Ffynnon house.
10% Winter Small Group Discount (November- March excluding Christmas/ New Year) for groups of 3-4 persons booking Tan Y Ffynnon house.
£50 discount for booking house and caravan together for one full week.
£25 discount for booking house and caravan together for a low season weekend or mid-week break.
£65 discount for booking house for a fortnight (2 consecutive weeks).
£30 discount for booking caravan for a fortnight (2 consecutive weeks).
£100 discount for booking house and caravan together for a fortnight (2 consecutive weeks).
Notes on Tariff and Payments
You will be required to pay a fully refundable damages deposit of £200 for Tan Y Ffynnon and £50 for the caravan, payable when you complete your payment ten weeks prior to your visit.
The Tariff includes electricity, heating and gas charges. There is no additional charge for bedding or for dogs (maximum of two in Tan Y Ffynnon and one in Selkie's Caravan)
Tariff for Easter to October
From Easter to October 2011, Friday to Friday weekly lettings are offered for both the house and the caravan.
Winter Tariff for January 2012- March 2012
Over the winter period, weekly lettings for Tan Y Ffynnon house continue to run Friday to Friday. However, you may also book the house for a long weekend break Friday to Monday (3 nights) or a bargain mid- week break Monday- Friday (4 nights). See above for Winter Discounts for parties of up to two or four people. Sorry, Selkie's Caravan is not open over the winter period.
